RETREAT CANCELLATION
It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Upon booking a Pure Retreats and Wellness retreat you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
DEFINITIONS
Any Retainer or additional payments made that have been received are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including not postponing or rescheduling. Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions, job commitments, vacation changes, illnesses, financial difficulties, any pandemic, or an act of god.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Pure Retreats and Wellness Retreat.
“We” refers to Pure Retreats and Wellness which is own and operated by The Pure Collection LLC.
“Retreats” refers to Pure Retreats and Wellness which again is owned and operated by The Pure Collection LLC.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pure Retreats and Wellness does not offer refunds for any reason including any travel restrictions, illnesses, financial difficulties, any pandemic, or an act of god. Please be sure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat. While we understand that things can happen outside of both parties control, Pure Retreats and Wellness will work with you to transfer any/or all payments made to a future Retreat date within that same calendar year if possible. Any and all transfers of funds due to a Postponement must be made within the same calendar year of the original Retreat date booked by the attendee or any and all transfers will be forfeited.
PAYMENTS TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE RETREAT DATE
Within the calendar year, Retreat prices might increase over time and retreat location and offerings can vary from original retreat. If you apply your payment as credit towards another future Pure Retreats and Wellness Retreat, you will be responsible to settle any outstanding balance 60 days prior to your new retreat date.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason. You understand upon booking, that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal issues. In the unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible however the retreat will continue as scheduled.
Pure Retreats and Wellness LLC never wants to cancel a retreat. However, sometimes acts of God do happen. If Pure Retreats and Wellness needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next possible retreat. No refunds or resales are possible and full credit of what you have paid will be applied for the next available Pure Retreat and Wellness Retreat.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
As unexpected things can happen, if traveling in from out of state or country we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance once you have booked your Pure Retreats and Wellness Retreat. With most insurance agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making the reservation.
